Two Oceans Carpentry officially opened for business in January 2013. Since then, we have crafted bespoke solutions for homes and businesses across Cape Town, including Hout Bay, Vredehoek, Gardens, Tamboerskloof, Claremont, Rondebosch, Llandudno, Camps Bay, Sea Point, Atlantic Beach Golf Resort, Bloubergstrand, Constantia, Harfield Village and more. Our boss-man and head honcho, Juan Botha, runs a tight ship and oversees all aspects of the production process, from initial client meetings to design production and delivery. Juan’s passion for carpentry began at a young age in his grandfather’s studio. After school, he did as many young South Africans had before him and ventured overseas, living in America and England, before returning home to begin a new life in Cape Town. After training formally as a carpenter, specialising in joinery and furniture making and undertaking an apprenticeship at one of South Africa’s top furniture manufacturers, Juan was ready to start his own company. Juan is supported by a team of talented professionals skilled in woodworking, joinery, furniture making, kitchen design, and spraypainting. The core team consists of 7 members with a combined experience of over 40 years.
